Celebrating Our 59th Year of Volunteer Service to Our Community
...and still GOING STRONG!
...and still GOING STRONG!
- On the first Saturday morning each month several of our members volunteer to prepare and serve breakfast at the Chase Partnership House in Rockville. Contact Len Schreiber to volunteer.
- On the second Thursday evening each month several of our members volunteer to pack and stack food boxes at Manna Food Center in Rockville. Contact Club Secretary Miriam Gandell to volunteer.
- Every Thursday morning we meet for BREAKFAST, BUSINESS and a SPEAKER or PROGRAM. We meet from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the MONTGOMERY COLLEGE CAMPUS CENTER in the FACULTY DINING ROOM. For details, click on MEETINGS, check the CLUB CALENDAR, contact the Kiwanis Club of Rockville ...and be our guest at our next meeting.
- Interclubs are a great way to keep up with long-time Kiwanis friends and make new friends in other clubs and at Kiwanis events. There are many opportunities each month for our members to visit other Kiwanis Clubs and attend Kiwanis events in Division 17 (Montgomery County), as well as to Interclub in other divisions within the Capital District (and throughout Kiwanis International). Contact Club Secretary Miriam Gandell to sign up and get credit for an Interclub visit.
Kiwanis Club of Rockville volunteers also help with many scheduled activities and events at Rock Terrace School. Please contact Betty Martinelli for more information.
